Whitney Houston's death was allegedly caused by an overdose of prescription drugs, according to reports. The singer passed away on Saturday (February 11) and was discovered in the bath, leading reports to circulate that she had died as a result of drowning. However, according to TMZ.com, 'family sources' have said that Houston died as a result of an overdose of Xanax mixed with alcohol.
